Natural Fertility Enhancers
There are times when we might need natural fertility enhancers to help us get pregnant. Our bodies are remarkable and are built to conceive and carry babies. However we may need help fine tuning this area and need a little boost in fertility. Fertility enhancers are meant for those who aren’t facing major infertility issues but may just need a tiny boost to get things moving along.
There are herbs, over-the-counter remedies and vitamins that will help in the area of reproduction. I, myself, have tried several successfully and there are many testimonies out there of others who now have children thanks to trying these simple remedies. - Baby Aspirin. Or also known as low dose aspirin at 81 mg per tablet can help to reduce the occurrence of certain early miscarriage. Just one tablet a day all cycle will help.
- Evening Primrose Oil (EPO). The essential fatty acids that are good for our brains are also an excellent supplement in producing fertile quality cervical fluid. Take EPO from menstruation to ovulation, then replace it with flaxseed oil for the luteal phase.
- Guaifenesin. This is sold under the brand name of Robitussin. Guaifenesin helps to loosen the mucus in our body. It helps to make more fertile quality cervical fluid. You can take guaifenesin from menstruation to ovulation for the maximum benefit.
- Herbs. Since there are too many to list here you may refer to my article which explains each one in detail and more on natural fertility enhancers.
- Prenatal Vitamins. These are good to be in the habit of taking because they contain a good amount of folic acid which helps to prevent certain neural tube defects in the baby.
- Progesterone Cream. A natural progesterone cream is an excellent way to correct luteal phase defects and certain early miscarriages. Use ¼ to ½ teaspoon on the inner arms, thighs, chest, neck, face, tummy and hands from ovulation to menstruation – twice a day.
- Tea. Either “regular” or green tea – preferably decaffeinated – is rich in antioxidants which helps to boost the immune system. Experts are finding that tea helps to increase fertility. I can attest to this – as each time I’ve conceived I drink a several glasses of tea each day – decafe ice tea.
- Vitamin B6. This is known for being a reproductive hormone regulator. Take at least 50 mg each day all cycle to help lengthen the luteal phase, relieve PMS and during pregnancy helps to alleviate morning sickness and regulates blood sugar.
- Vitex. Also known as chaste tree berry this herb is a reproductive hormone regulator.
- Water. Drink at least 8 cuts of water each day to help clean out the body and keep well hydrated. Water also helps to produce fertile quality cervical fluid.
Always seek the advice of your healthcare provider before taking any new supplements or over-the-counter remedies. While most natural fertility enhancers are perfectly safe, there are times when they can’t be taken with other medications or conditions.
