This is not insurance, the standard card is not available in the following states: Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, South Dakota, Vermont, or Wyoming. We do have special Negotiated services available in Florida, Kansas, Alaska, North Carolina, Idaho, Utah, please speak with the representative about these services.

Ideally this is for those who don't have health insurance and who don't qualify for state-run Medicaid. Speak with a representative for a full explanation of benefits and savings for you.
