Awareness Fertility Method: Natural
Pregnancy Achievement
Awareness Fertility
Awareness fertility is all about natural pregnancy achievement.
I think the natural approach to pregnancy achievement is the best
way to go. All moms want to give their baby’s the best start at
life and having our own body in tip-top shape is a good way to
start. I think if there’s a problem that needs addressing, you
should at least give the natural route a try first. It’s much
better than taking a man-made chemical. Of course there are times
when medical intervention is needed, but there are also times when
a good natural remedy will do the trick.
So many women have fertility problems as a result of being on
chemical birth control. It can cause unexplained infertility. I
could really get on a soap box here about this issue, but will
refrain from it for right now. My goal is to help educate women
with choices in their health care and to help them have the best
chance at conceiving a healthy baby. If you are one that’s taken
chemical birth control – be it in a shot or pill or in an IUD,
then be prepared to possibly have to take measures to boost or
correct your fertility in order to conceive a baby.
Always seek the advice of your healthcare provider before trying
any new remedy – natural or otherwise. But do educate yourself
about natural alternatives before you take anymore prescriptions
that are intended to help you to become pregnant. Prescriptions
that may be given are ones that induce ovulation or menstruation.
There are natural alternatives to these. Find out about them first
and make an informed decision.
Natural pregnancy achievement always starts with the
charting of
your fertility signs –
basal body temperature,
cervical fluid and
cervical position. These three alone will help you to pinpoint
ovulation and possibly if you have any fertility problems. This is
where you can take natural remedies first to see if your body will
respond and hopefully correct or cure the problem. Charting your
fertility signs also helps to determine if pregnancy has been
achieved sooner.
I encourage you to try awareness fertility or natural pregnancy
achievement before conventional medical intervention. Talk with
your healthcare provider about it, and arm yourself with research
to make the best decisions for you, your body and your baby. |
